If you can't find one last city on the globe or the map then
     save your game, activate the cheat mode and then reveal the
     map and look around. Then without saving go back to your
     previously saved game and you'll know where the city is.

Go into the civ2 directory and edit the rules.txt file. Make a back
     up first. Then you can make your own units, change the
     terrains... permanatley alter the names and gender of
     leaders. Just fool around. Be carefull and make a backup.
 

     Activate cheat mode then press ctrl+shift+t and you can edit
     your government!
 

     Try to get alot of legions protecting your city.DONT do more
     than two peaces/ optional.DONT buy warriars they cant fight
     and they are a waste of money. Dont pay any attention to the
     science guy.
